Dispatch & Delivery

Most of my items are ready for dispatch within 2 to 5 working days, depending on the item and my current lead times (further details on each item). Beautiful items take time to make, please be respectful of that when ordering. If you are in a rush, please reach out to double check timings. Thank You

Your item/s can be collected from my home in Port Glasgow or sent via Royal Mail.
You can select your collection/delivery options once at the check out.

Note: A standard delivery cost initially appears, however more options will appear once you start to complete your details.

Refunds

Please note that I DO NOT offer refunds as all of my items are personalised. Please double check your spelling when ordering to ensure no mistakes are made. However, if a mistake has been made by myself, do get in touch and I will rectify this.
